Schroders wanted to upload assets under management (AUM) data from its back office Oracle 9x Global Data Hub to their externally hosted CRM database. The goal: Give Schroders sales and client services staff the ability to view client assets directly from their externally hosted CRM solution without needing to log into or access other systems.
