Home health company connects legacy systems to CRM with Pervasive Data Integrator

Patient Care, one of the largest privately held home health companies in the U.S., wanted to achieve comprehensive business intelligence and reporting by creating a data warehouse and needed a way to link data from disparate sources. Patient Care had critical data housed on its legacy systems and its online CRM, Salesforce, but didn’t have a tool to efficiently merge all of the data together. Data was segregated among its five servers without a central repository necessitating the time-consuming task of logging on to each server to extract data and manually loading that data into other applications.
