American Home Shield needed a better way to keep track of key sales information and provide automated support for unique sales process. Pervasive Data Integrator™ synchronized a legacy customer support system, master customer data and finance information with Salesforce. Data volume is large, with approximately 125,000 accounts involved.

Finding a method to synchronize data between ERP system and Salesforce

American Home Shield needed a better way to keep track of key sales information and provide automated support for unique sales process. To do so required bidirectional synchronization of data between its legacy customer support system, master customer data and finance information with Salesforce. The comprehensive, consistent sales information sought extended to approximately 125,000 accounts, more than 1.3 million contacts, and between 250,000 and 500,000 financial records.
